Haestus is a two-person studio in St. George, Utah, that builds custom AI systems for businesses: websites, custom CRMs and dashboards, AI automations, lead capture and follow-up, and AI phone bots and chatbots. Every build is custom-written for the business. We don't use templates. The main site is haestus.dev.
Haestus is run by Rocky Bunker (Founder) and James Watling (Co-founder & CTO). Rocky leads strategy, discovery calls and client relationships, and helps businesses get found by AI search. James leads engineering: the applications, AI agents, CRMs and infrastructure behind every build. When you hire Haestus, you work directly with both of them. St. George, Utah. We work out of Kiln St. George, a coworking space at 1575 South River Road. We're happy to meet in person around Washington County, and we work remotely with clients across the US, including Utah, California, Florida and Puerto Rico.
haestus.dev is our main website, with services, pricing, process and the full portfolio. haestus.app is a short introduction to the team, and some of our email is sent from it. Email from an @haestus.app address is genuinely from Haestus.

No. We work with what you have when it makes sense. Sometimes the right move is connecting your existing tools better, not replacing them.
We don't do basic WordPress sites, generic logo design or social media management. We focus on custom infrastructure: systems that make your business run better.
Dev shops build what you spec and move on. Freelancers disappear. We learn your business, stay in your corner, and evolve the systems as your business grows and the technology changes.
Yes. Many of our clients are outside Utah. Discovery calls, build check-ins and support all work remotely, and local clients can meet us in person at Kiln St. George.
Every build is scoped to the business, but most fall into one of three tiers:
Ongoing retainers start at $2,500 a month. The discovery call is free, and the $500 strategic assessment is credited toward any engagement. Full details are on haestus.dev.
Foundation builds take 1 to 2 weeks, Engine builds 2 to 4 weeks and Ecosystem builds 4 to 8 weeks. Larger custom systems can run longer. You get a clear timeline during the assessment, and we stick to it.
Yes. In Rocky's words: if what we build doesn't earn its keep in 90 days, we rebuild it or refund you. Every dollar. We also take a limited number of clients each quarter, so every build gets our full attention.
Yes. Everything we build is yours: source code, database, domain and hosting account. We hand over full access. No lock-in, no proprietary platforms. If you ever want to take it to another developer, you can.
We don't disappear. Every build includes a stability window after launch where we fix anything that comes up. After that, ongoing partnership plans cover support, new features and optimization. Even without a plan, we built it, we know it, and we'll help.
